Chef Jamal Harper is the creative force behind Harper & Penny’s, bringing a passion for food and community to every plate. He launched his first venture, Good Doggy Gourmet, as a side hustle, serving up hot dogs and grilled cheese at children’s parties. Despite the challenges of building a business during the pandemic, Jamal’s dedication paid off, and he grew his brand into the full-service restaurant it is today.
